We built the system we wished we had
We built V2MOM.io because we were tired of systems that didn't work. We've lived the chaos of alignment firsthand. The spreadsheets buried in folders, the OKRs no one updates, the Jira boards overflowing with noise, the templates that break the moment real work begins.
We weren't failing at alignment. The tools were failing us.
We wanted something that helped teams stay aligned without adding more work, more complexity, or more frustration. Something simple enough for anyone to use, yet structured enough to matter. Something that wouldn't die after week two.
So we built the platform we always wished we had: a simple, human, sustainable way for teams to keep moving in the same direction. Not to make alignment fun, just to make it painless.
"We're not trying to make alignment fun — we're trying to make it painless."

"People do it at the beginning of the year and they never touch it again. We've done the spreadsheets, the documents… and I hated it because it was annoying and so we didn't utilize it."
No bloat. No noise.
No lock-ins.
Teams aren't the problem. The platform is.
V2MOM.io exists because we believed in one thing: clarity that stays standing.
